The three-hour Foundation Basics workshop includes an introduction to handling the paint set, learning the technique for sketching with the water-soluble pen and then combining the pen with color using watercolors.  This is advanced watercolor and requires no previous experience! Lessons in contrast, color, and focal point are covered. All exercises emphasize speed of execution to retain focal point and eliminate excessive detail. This is an interactive workshop with instructive demonstrations and feedback for students.
